Common Errors: (and how to fix them)

• ERROR 1 more than one username: When submitting the forms, please pick one (1) username and use this username for each of the categories. You will send each form with the same username.
  SOLUTION: If you made 4 predictions with 4 different usernames, please contact us so we can match them together and you can decide on one final username.
• ERROR 2 only hit enter on the last “Send”: There are 4 separate forms in this game and if you want to submit your answer for each discipline you have to hit enter after you made your selection for each one. If you only hit “Send” after picking Ice Dance we will ONLY receive your Ice Dance selection.
  SOLUTION: If this happened to you, just go back, user the same username as before, and submit your predictions for Men, Ladies, and Pairs.
• ERROR 3 one(1) or more categories are missing: Don’t panic! It is fine if you don’t make all 4 prections at the same time. However, we close each category before the event is about to begin. For Skate Canada this means that we will close Ice Dance, Ladies, Pairs, and Men today minutes before each discipline is about to start.
  SOLUTION: If you forgot to enter more than one category, you can always go back before we close it, type in the username you used before, and submit it.
