We are aware that a lot of you are experiencing issues with the form/log-in screen, and we are so sorry! We are working with our hosting to resolve the issue, but have not been able to really pinpoint what’s wrong. It seems to be a cache issue.
These are potential solutions that have worked for a lot of our followers:
1. Use incognito browser or a different browser.
2. Try a hard refresh on this page: Ctrl+Shift+r or Command+Shift+r
3. Try to delete your cache.
