Juniors Aging Out after the 2022/23 season

Singles skaters and Pairs and Ice dance women can only compete in Junior until the age of 19. Pairs and Ice Dance men can only compete in Junior until age 21. These lists feature all the skaters and teams whose birth date is listed in an ISU bio which will have exceeded the age limit before July 1, 2023. (There are likely to be more skaters who are aging out but who don’t currently have an ISU bio and therefore their birthday is too hard to find.)

Pairs teams Sophia Baram / Daniel Tioumentsev (USA), Haruna Murakami / Sumitada Moriguchi (JPN), and Aliyah Ackermann / Tobija Harms (GER) are currently ineligible to compete either Junior or Senior, as the women are too young for Senior competition but the men are too old for Juniors. The USA and Japan teams would currently have to sit out three seasons, while the German team would have to sit out two. There are rumours of teams such as these that paired up prior to the age increase of being able to compete Junior longer/move up to Senior earlier. We will update upon any verified rule changes or exceptions.
